How To Draw Baseball Stitches
How to Draw A Cartoon Baseball using simple tips
Drawing a cartoon baseball is not too difficult to accomplish! You just need to draw a big circle and add a couple of stitches! But to make it look a little bit more realistic, you need to pay attention to some important details! Let's try to draw a nice baseball using only a circle and a few lines!
Step 1
First, let's draw a big and nice circle. Even if it's not a perfect circle, it doesn't really matter. After all, a baseball can be quite damaged after being hit several times!
Step 2
Next, add four small circles just like shown in the illustration above. They will be used to illustrate the small bumps caused by the stitches.
Step 3
Work on the outline of your ball and join all four circles to the body of your ball.
Step 4
Draw two lines by making sure that they don't touched themselves.
Step 5
Apply the stitches on each of the two lines. The stitches should be bent and you can add a small circle on each end of each stitches.
Step 6
Add a subtle shadow on the ball. You can also draw shadows under the stitches. And you are finished! You've just created a nice baseball with a few effective shadows.
Like you can see, drawing a baseball (if you pay attention to small details) is not a very tough challenge! Have fun and don't forget to try more fun lessons from this site below. These additional images related to sports are quite fun to illustrate! :)
